Today was my initial consultation, where we discussed what could be happening in future appointments and I felt well-informed as well as weconfident with how Sophie lead the session. I was made to feel relaxed because she was very professional, supportive and friendly. She took the time to find out about why and how I was having problems with my hair as well as getting to know me.
